I’ve been a customer for a while now and my husband popped in here on Saturday for the first time for advice about prepping and painting some old balcony railings. I told him that going on a Saturday wasn’t a good idea as they’d be busy like everywhere. But he said he got a lot of attention and the service and advice was excellent, from an experienced professional painter and he walked away with exactly what he needed. I’m not sure how their pricing compares to Bunnings etc, but even if it’s a few dollars more, we’d willingly pay it to get service like that. Also, being a member gets you a decent discount and money off vouchers.

Inspirations Paint Melville is one of the best places to buy paint. I have been going there for a number of years now. The staff make it very easy. Very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is a problem when it comes to advice. They are also great at colour matching paint for touch ups. 10 out of 10 to the staff.

I received no assistance at all from the staff in this store for colour matching or advice. They were unable to assist me, disinterested and lacking in knowledge. My advice; go somewhere else.

I never thought buying paint could be so much fun & would most definitely go back to Inspirations Paint Melville the next time I need to do any decorating. The lady that helped me (Nicky) was very helpful & friendly. She offered advice & answered my many questions with a smile & a lot of patience; she even offered cost saving ideas!

Had a 2L tin of Dulux Weathershield paint matched at Rocky Dulux Trade Centre near work. Not a good match at all when I went to paint. Phoned Inspirations as they were open between Xmas/NY period. Went in and the young lad I saw did an amazing job fixing the tint and matching it perfectly. Really impressed with the service and it's the place I'll go to from now on :)
