Inspirations Paint Joondalup

Needed some advice on a painting job I was doing. Joondalup store incredibly helpful even with choosing a colour . Got all the supplies there. Never going to Bunnings again.

Even though they were obviously short staffed, Jacqui and her staff were super helpful. My delivery was on time and the driver was great! Will be back again.

We have had a few bad experiences with other paint stores not related to this brand, so we decided to give inspirations paint joondalup a go and boy are we glad we did Jacquie and the team at inspirations paint joondalup have consistently provided first class service and advice. They are always a pleasure to deal with and always prepare our goods on time with out any problems or delays. It's nice to have a team you can rely on. Great work team

Rude Delivery personHi, I had my Dulux product delivered in October, but my experience with the delivery person has been poor. I was in deep sleep when I heard a few bangs on the door. I came out and saw a lady. As I was in deep sleep I pointed to where the Product was to be placed. The lady totally lost it from that point saying I was pointing fingers at her, it was rude etc. She placed the Products outside the van and was leaving. When I asked for them to be moved inside the front open garage as per the delivery instructions, she continued to be aggressive and refused to put them in where they should be. This is really poor form from her in a customer service industry, when it is known that customers can be busy at their home with things like meetings from home, sleeping etc. when greet and talk with people isn't possible. Lodged a complaint with Dulux, but was told they have passed on the feedback to Inspirations and that I should receive a call back. Her van registration number is 1GGL-625. Keen to find out where things have gone wrong with my experience and she could improve her behavior in future.

Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fantastic service and good prices. I'll definitely be going there again.
